We teach acrobatic arts syllabus to enhance dancers strength, agility and flexibility. Acrobatics is a safe way to enhance all routines and set dancers up with extra talents for later years auditioning.
Adult Barre and Pilates
There are many perks that come with dabbling in barre classes. Enjoy a different slower full body exercise to beautiful classical versions of your pop music. In addition with Pilates you’ll witness your body transform during our 6 week program.
Commercial Adult Jazz 16+
A fun, alluring, theatrical class that will get your body moving. Option heels makes this class so much fun to participate suitable for those new to dance, returning to the dance scene or are currently studying or on leave from contacts and want to keep in shape. Exploring burlesque, pop, chair and fosse styles over a 6 week session you’ll unlock a confidence you never new you had.
